Continuous Emission Monitoring System, CEMS   From our 4 dedicated CEM specialty mobile laboratories, SECOT conducts performance testing and on-site process emission evaluations at industrial facilities. SECOT equipment contained in the mobile CEM laboratory includes :   Emission Monitoring Equipment Analyzers and equipment necessary to monitor Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Total Hydrocarbon (THC), Diluent-Oxygen (O2) or Carbon dioxide (CO2), stack gas velocity, moisture, and Particulate Matter (PM). All equipment used is in accordance with US EPA Reference Methods.   Stack Testing Mobile Lab Stack testing is conducted from a mobile CEM  laboratory which can be moved to plant site. Emission data can be recorded for regulatory compliance, plant information purposes, equipment modifications or long term testing. The mobile lab setup requires minimal response and setup time. SECOT CEMS unit is outfitted with real-time data acquisition and handling system to assist our clients with process optimization and quick emission assessment.
	SECOT'S CEMS SERVICES   On-Line Emission Monitoring SECOT mobile CEMS laboratory produces same day data (real time emission results). This saves the unit operator valuable time towards reaching compliance. Stack Emission Surveys Preliminary stack testing to establish operating guidelines that are in compliance with permitted NOx, CO, SO2 and PM emission limit. Analyze emission source and combustion  process  during  trial  test burns, specialized fuel studies or other special needs to provide plant operations personnel or engineering with information to reduce stack emission.
Performance Testing SECOT well-equipped Transportable Reference Method Laboratory (mobile CEM lab- oratory) offer a fast and cost effective means for control device efficiency emission test, evaluation of fired equipment performance and perform tune-up on fired equipment required for optimum operating efficiency.
CEM Certification and Auditing Many industries are required to install, evaluate and operate continuous emission monitors. SECOT has the experience and capability to assist companies with every aspect of their monitoring programs. For facilities with newly installed or existing CEM, SECOT offers individual CEM-related compliance services such as CEM certification, Relative Accuracy Test Assessment  and  Audits, QA/QC tests  for CEM as defined in 40 CFR 60 Appendix B & F and Part 75 Appendix A. 	SECOT's specifically trained CEM staff, 4 mobile CEM laboratories and extensively inventory of analyzers, calibration gases, and recording devices allow SECOT to  respond quickly  to client needs. SECOT also provides a mobile CEM laboratory using 2 different sample acquisition techniques. Clients are given flexibility to choose from a direct extractive CEM system or a dilution extractive CEM system.
